27 years of growth and development. To those who came before, thank you. Thank you for the hours, the hustle, and the sweat. Thank you for paving the way for others. Because of you, the future is very bright… announcement to follow!
Battle in the Badger State schedules are in for the 2026 and 2029 Wisconsin Lakers Select 40 teams! Because nothing says Happy Mother’s Day like back-to-back games, concession stand cuisine & a car full of snacks. 😅 Shoutout to all the hoops-loving moms... This weekend’s for you. ❤️🏀
The Wisconsin Lakers 2029 Select 40 squad took a quick trip to Illinois and came back with 3 wins against some solid teams in our final winter event. AAU season tips off in about 45 days. We can’t wait! 🏀💪
Bryn Adams & Avianna Schley are a dynamic duo for Sheboygan North. Bryn is averaging 8.7 & Avi 5.7 ppg. Though no other stat categories are posted for their team, I can tell you these two are rebounding machines! There is physical and then there is Bryn and Avianna physical.
Happy new year! We’re looking forward to a great 2025 season. I want to take a minute to acknowledge our returning juniors and their accomplishments at the midway point of their season as reported on Wissports.
Brianne Vandoske a scrappy PG from Howard’s Grove is averaging 7.0 ppg, 3.4 assists per game and 2.3 steals per game. Bri has this element of grit and toughness that simply can’t be taught.
This squad narrowly lost to D1 Muskego (ranked 8th). Ironically, Sheboygan Falls is also ranked 8th but for D3. Something about that math doesn’t math for me. Anyhow, off my soapbox, elated to support these four at the Oshkosh Arena tonight.
Based on scores and strength of schedule I am hard pressed to justify why KML, Sheboygan Falls and Oostburg are in the same section. Seems like a real shame only one will get to play on for a gold ball 🤷🏻♀️
A beast and coach from the Northeast! Happy for you kid. Your approach and receptiveness to feedback has made you the player you are today. Keep grinding and growing, sky is the limit.
Congratulations to @Tay_Brigham25 on her commitment to UW-La Crosse! Taylor has been in the Laker family for five years and has coached for the last two. A strong, physical presence and leader!
Emma! So thrilled for you! The fastest player I’ve ever coached. It was a pleasure working with you and I look forward to seeing your continued growth!
Congratulations once again to @EmmaPierson_05 on her commitment to the University of Minnesota Crookston! Emma plays at one speed, fast! A tremendous athlete and high character hooper.
