We do have practices tonight and tomorrow night for those who cannot attend morning practices. These are only for swimmers who cannot attend mornings as we have limited lanes. 6-6:30 is 6 and under, 6:30-7:15 is 7-10, and 7:15-8:15 is 11 and older.

Great job today! Lake Forest finished 2nd at champs, and our swimmers swam wonderfully!! Several records were set. Congrats!

Lake Forest movie day is tomorrow (Tuesday)! We are seeing Despicable Me 3 at 2:50 at Xscape. We recommend buying tickets well in advance.

9:45-10:45 = 7-10 yr olds
10:45-11:20 = 6 and under
