@NewsGuyGreg Approved 10/10…Utilities shutoff 10/28…Shut off fees added to next utility bill because they failed to pay…made calls and complaints…received email 11/9. Today is November 18th and still no help. No promises to pay, no NOTHING AT ALL FROM #Ourflorida

@VanessaBritoMia Utilities was shutoff Oct.28th, made calls and complaints and this is what I received on Nov. 9th. Today is November 18th and still no help. Shut off fees added tu next utility bill which is past due also because of them! I’m done with #Ourflorida
