@AmazonUK Your drivers are making quite the habit of leaving parcels at a random place around my property in the rain and marking it as "handed to resident" so there's no photo to help me trace the parcel. Your drivers seriously should have a three strike for this kind of fraud!
@AmazonHelp We live in a detached house and walked around it several times. My main gripe is that the drivers are lying to amazon and to us about the delivery. Every other parcel now is delivered this way. It used to be really good but the quality is on a decline and makes us want to cancel.
@British_Airways Having flown with you guys for the first and likely last time. Lost luggage, no communication about said luggage, and now our return flight got cancelled. What's next? You guys need to really up your game when it comes to communication towards your customers!
@BarclaysUKHelp It's a month later but still I can't pay in @BankofScotland cheques. Due to shielding I can't go into my local branche. I think this needs urgent attention!
