@FarajaAfricaFdn@KE_FarajaAfrica@YoungMPsKenya@NAssemblyKE I have known @Wabwire1 for the shortest time but the impact I have seen within this period is un-measurable as a young leader.
Inclusivity of young people in matters of governance is always at the center of your convictions that we are proud of sir!
Our regional office @KE_FarajaAfrica, recently engaged the Kenya Young Parliamentarians Association to reimagine the #YouthParliamentKE as a more inclusive, action-oriented platform.
This collaboration aims to deepen grassroots participation in governance across Kenya.

Behind every statistic is a family whose life changes forever.
A child who never returns home from school.
A parent who goes to fend for the family but never returns home alive.
A boda boda rider whose split-second decision alters countless lives.

As we journey towards this years's Sub-National Parliaments, we're still reflecting on the voices that made last year's sessions so impactful.

Represented by our ED @Wabwire1, we were pleased to join the #BeyondTheSeat initiative under the #WomenUganda2025+ campaign.
The convening brought together stakeholders and newly elected women MPs to reflect on leadership, parliamentary effectiveness, and advancing gender equality beyond the election cycle.
In her keynote, Rt. Hon. @RebeccaKadagaUG noted that winning a seat is only the beginning, and a stepping stone to set actionable 5 year targets. She also commended initiatives like @FarajaAfricaFdn’s #YouthParliament that prepares young people including women for meaningful leadership and participation in governance.
We commend the Dutch Ambassador to Uganda, @NLinUganda and @amwaafrika for convening this timely dialogue and for their commitment to inclusive leadership.

“The issues raised through activism don’t affect young people from a specific political party alone; they affect all youth, regardless of political affiliation. Young people must recognize the challenges they share and unite to present them and find solutions together.” - @dolly_ajok, H.O.P., @FarajaAfricaFdn.

We were delighted to welcome the @DKinUganda team, alongside our consortium partners @AdvanceAfrika01 & @OpenSpaceUganda,to our offices for a routine Monitoring & Evaluation visit.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity to reflect on the progress made over the past 15 months in advancing meaningful youth inclusion in democratic governance and civic participation across the West Nile region. It also served as a platform to discuss lessons learned, review key achievements, & reaffirm our collective commitment to strengthening young people’s engagement in governance processes.
These efforts are made possible through the support of our development partners,@DKinUganda, @NLinUganda, @SwedeninUG, & @IrlEmbUganda

Thank God someone is talking about this. Kudos Hon Mercy… Policy enforcement across sectors, i.e., MoES and MGLSD & Police, needs to be harmonised.
