@lufthansa Close to a year now, it is slowly beginning to dawn on me that I may never be re-united with my luggage (sigh)! I had complete faith for a while there, but reading that this is continuing well into Q3/4 2023 is just so sad. Lufthansa, get your act together. I mean, come on!

@lufthansa I am really surprised reading about all the reports on delayed/missing luggage. And the total lack of support. I have been waiting over a week for mine/Yes, there is a phone number indicated. After waiting for over an hour you get disconnected. What happened to German efficiency?
