@Singtel @SingtelSupport I signed up for Singtel's 1 Gbps fibre. Speed was OK last month - but for the 5 days, it has been terrible and slow.

Even with Singtel's own speed test, I clock only 1 Mbps download speed. i.e. only got 0.12 MB/s, while 1Gbps should reach 125MB/s. ☹️

I reboot both ONR and Singtel Wifi Router, all green.
Even with direct wired connection to ONR and disconnecting all other devices - the singnet speed test still very very slow. (i.e. 1 Mbps or less).

@laksar @Singtel Hi Jason, able to reboot all the Singtel equipment to refresh and re-synchronize the connection? Do let us know if there is any red light on any of the led of the Singtel equipment after the reboot, we'll be here to help.

devices seems OK since Singtel ONR and router green after reboot. Direct wired access to ONR on a single laptop extremely slow (0.38 Mbps download speed) -- any suggestions how to solve this?
