I placed an order for a LUMINOUS 48 Months Warranty Tubular Inverter Battery (Order ID: OD438047238717726100) on 9 July. The promised delivery date was 17 July

My exam is in 7 days. I purchased this inverter because of frequent power cuts, but due to Flipkart blocking my money, I cannot even buy one from a local store.

For more than 18 days, you've only given me new timelines and "issue escalated" emails. My order has neither been delivered nor cancelled, and my ₹25,263 is still stuck with Flipkart.

No refund
Only repeated escalation emails with new dates.

I have contacted customer support multiple times. Every time I receive the same response: "Issue has been escalated" along with a new resolution date (21 Jul → 22 Jul → 26 Jul → 29 Jul → 30 Jul). No actual resolution.
