@airarabiagroup on June 1st I travelled on PNR 6X45VN and faced bad treatment from the handling staff of Trivandrum. I was rushed to the gate from the Hanger Bar restaurant by a Air Arabia Staff saying that I have to report to the gate in FIVE minutes which I obliged,

Also would like to emphasize that I had been an international traveler since 2002, and would expect a reply from your end

But the gate was not open, when questioned the staff threatened me off offloading coz I came from the Bar, he made phone calls to his manger only to show off, me and my family used to travel In Air Arabia since long

@AlManhalWater @AlManhalWater , Bad experience from Al Uraija service team. The weekly water delivery is not prompt. They are ignoring my request and I had to buy from outside very often This is ridiculous after paying advance money for water booklet.
