@ogazziglazer I’m with you on that! When Lan (max contract) was stinking it up for most of the season, she was given grace. Jess (max contract) can’t defend anything at all, but he’s never talked about her defense negatively even though our post defense has gotten way better with her out.

I get the sentiment of involving other players more in the 4th BUT ALSO Paige takeover in the 4th is what was winning you games pre-ASW. Teams are trying to get the ball out of Paige’s hands late in the game and have other players shoot and you’re letting them do that.

@Ezisdu Comparing college to now, Geno always made it an issue emphasizing Paige needing to shoot more and making her teammates get the ball to her. From listening to Jose, he doesn’t necessarily have an issue with shot distribution on the team and doesn’t see a problem with her FGAs.
