@shopinireland@AskAIB@stripe After working a few days, I can't make any payments for the last 24h... "Something went wrong" messages on pop on websites, and now notifications not sent to my phone to confirm. Any update AIB?
@shopinireland @legoudalier @AskAIB@stripe My account manager from Stripe had the technical team double check my website. And confirm it's SCA compliant. When with AIB I'm just hitting a wall and they are refusing to listen. I guess next contact will be with my lawyer!
@AskAIB @legoudalier @shopinireland@stripe To AIB, when making payment online, notif arrives on average 15 sec after on mobile. Code entered. Click confirm on website and message to confirm on app... and purchase cancelled after a few clicks. Is it still SCA complicance issue?
@shopinireland @legoudalier @AskAIB@stripe I tried to delete Authenticator app, clear cache, reinstall, confirm email and phone, add card. 4 times. Still can't pay on a 3 different websites that have been validated by Stripe as SCA compliant. Even getting messages now that there are no funds on the card when there is.
@legoudalier @shopinireland@AskAIB 36 hours now that I discovered the issue. Not sure how long it's been going on but no answer or update from AIB. If 1 client has an issue it could be the client. If thousands have the same issue maybe you can start into looking what's happening...
@AskAIB I already spent 5 hours on the phone and in branch. What else can be done when you don't want to hear what thousands of clients are impacted by your update?

@AskAIB Error code 547. Seems to be a problem on your side. I was told it will be solved shortly. 5h ago. We don't have the same definition of shortly :) I'll call again
