Hey @TataMotors ,refused delivery of a brand new Tata Harrier at Rangeet Motors, Kolkata, due to visible rust on the vehicle. Shocked by the poor quality control. Please look into this urgently. #TataHarrier #TataMotors #CustomerExperience
