I raised pf transfer from my previous employer to current employer 5 months ago. The claim shows 'Accepted' but the amount is still not showing up anywhere. For the previous member ID ,amount is showing ₹0 in passbook

I had called 5 times to customer care but no help. Aishwar, mujahidin, Bansant are few names which are not helping and just ignored my complaints.. @Airtel_Presence kindly take strict action against them. Area- new meenakshipuram, Meerut

Why I am unable to use my cheq chips for bill payments. I have balance in app but unable to use them for bill payment and you have also removed some voucher options and raised the price as well.
Now if I pay using cheq, the chip ps will be of no use
