Made a booking via Agoda for 25-June at four points Jaipur via Agoda(717874405).
Cancelled due to bad hygiene. Hotel deducted money without informing me and now not refunding despite confirmation by Agoda. Help!

But it's 21 July'22 but no call i received nor courier boy attempted to pick packet.
