If some-one from @Swiggy can reach out to me directly will be appreciated. This is regarding a fraud committed by your delivery partner and neither him nor your customer support are communicating. Awaiting response. @harshamjty
You decided white patti was wrong.
You decided a religion is being imposed on you.
You decided your religious sentiments are being hurt.
You eventually got it “painted” only in different colour.
Now you have only decided you are right.
Needless to say, you all did it for publicity and deep down you know this.
So Kudos! You never won:)
This is painted generally to help walk barefeet on them as white doesn’t attract heat. It is basic science. Nothing religious about it.
No one said by walking on white lines you become a Jain. You have an issue with the paint in the society file a formal complaint in the society.
I’ve thought about this deeply and even built a business plan around it, and after discussing it with several entrepreneurs and investors, the conclusion is clear: a gym inside Indian airports, while exciting, isn’t a commercially viable model right now.
Around 90% of passengers are rushing to catch their flights and barely have spare time unless there’s a delay. The rental and maintenance costs at airports are extremely high, and it’s unrealistic to expect people to arrive one or two hours early just to work out. The only exceptions might be influencers or fitness professionals who want content, but that alone can’t sustain a profitable business.
It’s a phenomenal concept, no doubt, but realistically, India may not see this becoming viable for at least the next 10–15 years.
@IndiGo6E My flight was cancelled for 3rd December 2025 and since then the website isn’t working for refund; neither Emails are being responded nor the DMs.
@IndiGo6E atleast have the courtesy to respond because all your modes of communication are shut. Twitter messages, Email, ChatBot and even Customer Care call.
I am not even asking for any additional compensation.
Dear @IndiGo6E,
Your airline has cancelled my flight twice; first in the morning and then again in the evening. On top of that, the Plan B link you provided repeatedly shows that I am not eligible for the service, despite it being sent by your team.
Last night, after trying for hours, I was finally able to reschedule. However, after the second cancellation, I am once again unable to process my cancellation request for a full refund.
Kindly do the needful ASAP!
It’s high time brands start respecting the value of hard-earned money instead of hiding behind scripted apologies and false promises. Companies like @Swiggy build empires calling themselves “self-made” while thriving on misleading practices, zero accountability, and a complete disregard for their customers.
Here’s my experience:
I placed an order on Swiggy at 7:41 PM worth ₹1818. At checkout, the estimated delivery was 30–35 minutes, which is exactly why I chose that restaurant. The moment payment was made, the delivery time was magically pushed to 55 minutes—which I still accepted, understanding weekend rush. But by 9:25 PM (104 minutes later), the food was delayed, cold, and my repeated attempts at resolution were met with the same hollow line: “We understand your frustration.”
Let me be very clear—₹1818 may not be a big number to many, including me, but it is still hard-earned money. When a brand refuses to take ownership, denies compensation, and brushes off customer suffering with robotic responses, it becomes nothing short of malpractice.
Despite being a loyal @Swiggy + @SwiggyInstamart customer with a strong order history, this experience has shown me that Swiggy does not value its customers. I am deleting the app permanently and strongly stand against such exploitative practices.
Brands need to understand: success cannot be built on false promises, cold food, and colder customer service.
Here’s to one good customer leaving a corrupt brand thriving on no good customer service but only poor practices.
@NandSahu463076@taran_adarsh@ZEE5India@MaddockFilms How do you decide that if he choses not to do films like Kashmir files, he doesn’t have sympathy for Kashmiri Pandits?
He only chooses not to do movies which sways people in either left or right wing. So don’t misjudge a statement.
He was very clear with what he said.
