@AesPolitics1 The scary part is that they still buy the propaganda that the Democratic Party is the Communist Party.
They don’t have the courage to break the iron chains around their own necks.
Would you be willing to step outside your political tribe for just one day and look at the bigger picture of what’s happened in America—and why it happened?
You might come away with a very different perspective and wonder why you stayed confined within that movement for so long, especially in the AI era, when information is more accessible than ever.
America needs people who are willing to question their own assumptions. Many former MAGA supporters have already changed their minds after reexamining the evidence. If you do the same, you’ll find that people are often willing to welcome honest reflection and change.
@MaggieG603@PeteButtigieg Cults have existed in every corner of the world. But I never imagined I would witness one taking shape in America during the AI era. Jaw-dropping
Well, I know the reason:
上梁不正,下梁歪
is a well-known Chinese proverb.
Here are several natural English translations:
If the top beam is crooked, the lower beams will be crooked too. (Literal translation)
A fish rots from the head down. (The closest English proverb)
Leadership sets the tone.
When leaders lack integrity, those below often follow their example.
Bad leadership breeds bad behavior.
If you’re using it in a political or organizational context, a concise version would be:
A fish rots from the head down.
Or, if you want to preserve the Chinese imagery:
As the top beam goes, so go the lower beams. If those at the top are crooked, those below will follow.
The proverb expresses the idea that the conduct of leaders strongly influences the behaviors of the people beneath them.

😄 The Chinese word for “charisma” is 魅力 (mèilì).
the characters, 魅, it’s made up of 鬼 (“ghost” or “spirit”) on the left and 未 (“not yet” or “the future,” in a playful interpretation) on the right.
The second character, 力, means “power” or “strength.”
So my tongue-in-cheek translation is: “the power of a ghost.” 😱😂
Maybe that’s why we should be cautious of anyone who relies too much on charisma.
Of course. 😄

Just for fun: if you play with the characters, 魅 looks like it’s made up of 鬼 (“ghost” or “spirit”) on the left and 未 (“not yet” or “the future,” in a playful interpretation) on the right. The second character, 力, means “power” or “strength.”

That self-acclaimed “Communist survivor” and “escaped from Communist China” has taken quite the political journey: Libertarian → Republican → MAGA → Republican → Independent.
A political parrot. An opportunist. A clown.
Before running for office again, she might consider hiring an English teacher and a stylist.
Beyond asking followers for donations, attacking Maggie personally, and spreading false or insulting claims, what has she actually offered voters?
Did she really believe she could win on her fifth attempt? I seriously question her political judgment.
That ship is sinking—and it’s taking dishonest politicians and candidates down with it.
@ken14206@MaggieG603 Well, I imagine you must be proud that our President proudly showed Xi Jinping President Biden’s autopen portrait hanging on the White House wall—with a smile. What a remarkable display.😱
Mark my words: based on what I’ve personally observed, I don’t believe she will win elected public office.
In my opinion, after nearly 40 years in America, her communication style remains ineffective. I also see arrogance, inconsistency in her stated values, inflammatory rhetoric, and what I believe is the repeated use of inaccurate or misleading information. Those are the reasons I cannot support her.
Never underestimate the judgment of the American people. They are often generous and willing to give candidates a fair opportunity. But if they conclude that someone lacks the character, competence, or integrity for public office, they won’t hesitate to reject that candidate at the ballot box.
@EdKrassen If that’s true, it’s deeply disturbing.
Sometimes I honestly wonder—is this the kind of political behavior I’d expect from the Chinese Communist Party?
Yet they publicly profess their faith in God. The contrast is difficult to reconcile.
@ImBreckWorsham I love that spirited young MAGA girl, a genuine heart.
But I admire even more that independent , elegant woman of today— with courage, intelligence, wisdom, and compassion.
To me, that’s what a true patriot looks like.
Interesting take. So “change” is bad… unless it’s “Make America Great Again”?
“Change We Can Believe In” = bad.
“Make America Great Again” = good.
Isn’t MAGA itself a movement built on changing the status quo?
Every political movement promises change. The real debate isn’t whether to change—it’s what to change and why.
