February is oftentimes a hard month for educators. We gotta dig deep. We gotta lift each other up. And we gotta remember why we do what we do. The students need us… more than many of us realize. We’re not just showing up for “work”... we’re showing up for the kids.

I think it’s usually a bad a idea for leaders to issue blanket admonitions to the entire staff when it’s really about one offender. It usually makes the conscientious employees feel guilty, and the offender probably isn’t listening.
