But he changed that personality a little bit right before Argentina won the Copa América in 2021, and it became even more evident during the 2022 World Cup. Since then, you can see how every Argentine player listens to him, trusts him, and looks up to him as the unquestioned leader of the team. I can’t blame his personality, though. Everyone has a different personality, and not every great leader has to be loud or outspoken.
