5 PERIOD HYGIENE RULES EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW

1. Do not remove a used pad without cleaning yourself up. Do not try it.
Cleaning makes you feel fresher down there.

2. Change your pads if you've worn it for more than 6 hours. Whether full or not, change it. Sanitary pads cost is not an excuse

3. Pay attention to the colour of your blood and smell. Yep, look at the pad when you remove it. Don't just toss it away.

4. When you are done with your flow, take one of the following; probiotics, yogurt with probiotics, or cranberry.
I personally recommend cedaa yurgurt. That drink is packed with probiotics.

5. If you do experience menstrual cramps, get a period calander and cut down sugar two weeks to your period.

Bonus: Take lemon and ginger water two days to your flow. It Reduces pains.
Eat plenty. Drink water. Eat fruits.

Country is so hard. 10 yrs ago, when I started hiring local staff, I noticed a pattern. People would accept a job without having transport money to show up to work day one.
A few times, some would sum up the courage to plead for a salary loan or assistance with transport fares. I later developed a new habit of gifting new staff cash upfront to boost their confidence and ease the transition to the new role. I would tell them it was an upfront loan, but at month end, they would always receive full salary. I always noticed the excitement!
I realised it helps people maintain dignity and reduced the burdens that allowed them to put their best foot forward.
Only had two bad experiences where they took money and didn't return after a few days. Still hasn't changed my attitude. People are suffering in silence, pay attention!
