Follower of Jesus Christ. Wife. Mother. Teacher. I know the ending - Jesus is victorious. God’s word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path (Psalms 119:105)
“This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.”

The transitions between each section are incredibly smooth. It’s so good that I got completely absorbed in this arrangement and almost forgot about the original soundtrack.
@stanfordNYC They’re allowed to give homework?!?! I was told homework is not equitable and students will just use AI anyway… all practice is to be done at school, which leaves students 14 hours a day to play video games and come back to school the next day “ready to learn.”
Visiting my mom in memory care is like being in a sitcom. Another resident and I are now “sisters” because we both call my mom “Mom.” There’s a new resident who’s extra spicy and she’s really putting a wrench into the dynamics. I love this group of women and enjoy visiting all of them!
If you don’t laugh, you’ll cry.
“See, a king will reign in righteousness and rulers will rule with justice.
Each one will be like a shelter from the wind and a refuge from the storm,
like streams of water in the desert and the shadow of a great rock in a thirsty land.
Then the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed, and the ears of those who hear will listen.
The fearful heart will know and understand, and the stammering tongue will be fluent and clear.
No longer will the fool be called noble nor the scoundrel be highly respected.
For fools speak folly, their hearts are bent on evil:
They practice ungodliness and spread error concerning the Lord;
the hungry they leave empty and from the thirsty they withhold water.
Scoundrels use wicked methods, they make up evil schemes
to destroy the poor with lies, even when the plea of the needy is just.
But the noble make noble plans, and by noble deeds they stand.”
Isaiah 32:1-8 NIV
