Flashy businessman Lungile "Mayombo" Maseko has had several of his vehicles seized. This involves a Porshe SUV, a Mercedes G Wagon usually driven by his wife, as well as a BMW M3.

Maseko, along with some members of the "Presidential Club", are accused of involvement in tender fraud at Eskom & are undergoing a lengthy investigation by the SIU.

The group is known for driving expensive cars, living in estates and spending hundreds of thousands of Rands on alcohol at clubs.

In 2023 some of his vehicles were seized by the SIU.
Therefore, it is believed that it is the banks that have repossessed these other vehicles due to non-payment.
