This experience reminded us how closely advocacy and patient care go hand in hand. Meeting with policymakers gave us the chance to elevate the voices of pharmacists and the people we serve. We’re grateful for the opportunity to stand on Capitol Hill and to continue this work.

They met with congressional staff to discuss issues impacting medication access, patient safety, and the care of older adults.
