Law Above Legal

The Declaration of Independence (1776) announced the colonies’ separation from Great Britain and articulated the philosophical basis for government: that governments derive “their just powers from the consent of the governed,” and that the people retain the right to alter or abolish a destructive government. This retained right has never been, and cannot ever be, eliminated, invalidated or deleted from our nation’s birth certificate.

The U.S. Constitution can NOT exist, overcome or be anointed America’s “master document” - while also being a “derivative document”, with its’ guiding birthright powers limited by its’ 1776 designer’s design.

The Articles of Confederation (1781) and later the U.S. Constitution (1788–1789) established our nation’s governing “legal”!framework.

The Constitution remains the supreme “legal” document recognized by U.S. courts.

America’s originating LAWFUL authority can be asserted to supersede current “federal” (legal) governmental statutes;
Sovereignty can be claimed to revert to first principles embodied in our Declaration; and Military authority can lawfully be asserted to play a transitional role.

This reversion to a republic necessitates questions about:

chain of command
lawful authority
continuity of government
oaths of office
military jurisdiction
and the legal status of presidential directives

And naturally become central issues within this framework.

The idea that the United States is currently a “corporation” in the sense that it ceased being a constitutional republic in 1871 is a provable, documented legal truth, one obfuscated by, and dismissed by the very corporate hijackers proclaiming “legal” supremacy over “lawful” reality.

Corporate U.S. courts reject an accurate description of our nation’s constitutional status because otherwise, they’re out of business authority to control behavior and extract property.

The source of sovereign authority, the force of sworn oaths, the role of military command, and the nature of executive directives are highly relevant questions of Law.

All just American government powers are derived from honest, true, un-coerced and fully informed consent of “We the People” - with this truth affirming mutual-consent as the highest form of moral law under God.

Interesting wording in Trump’s recent Truth Social post.

“The National Academy of Sciences has historically published analytical Scientific Manuals expressly for our Federal Judiciary. Of course, the Academy has been run by Radical Left Dumocrats who, it turns out, published fraudulent, biased, and misleading Manuals on Climate Change. These bogus Manuals were used by Judges to decide massive “Climate Change” Cases, and have created huge losses across our Country. These Manuals have been totally DISCREDITED. Our Nation’s Federal Judges deserve Facts and Science, not Political Fraud and False Science on Climate. With this TRUTH, I hereby order Federal Suspension and Debarment Officials to review this conduct. Our Taxpayers should not be funding Climate Fraud, and Judges should never have relied upon it. Trump made this declaration on TS and talked about the democrats knowingly putting fraudulent documents and studies into the National Academy of Sciences in order to create fraudulent evidence to be weaponized in court.

Trump is now going to “legally” remove all these phony climate change judicial rulings based on this fraudulent science.

That’s why Trump uses the word FRAUD.

Fraud vitiates everything.

Trump is legally opening the door for lawsuits to remove the forced climate change that is damaging businesses and forcing up higher energy costs.
It will now happen across the country for any leftwing lawsuit that used that FRAUDULENT evidence in court.

They realized Trump wasn’t a threat to anything but rather a Godsend. They all started to learn Trump is all for the People, all People and Trump is what America stands for. What America is all about.

The proof? Trump had more black and Hispanic votes than any other Republican in history. Women was supposed to be his kryptonite came out in droves. Trump won in probably the largest landslide in history if the election wasn’t rigged. We the people delivered for Trump by making it too big to rig.

Obama, the king of bullshit and master of winning rigged elections is no more. The magic is gone. The power is gone. The spell broken. He will be remembered in the history books as the man who tried to take down America. Now all he has left is stumping for progressives trying to keep his Marxist dream alive. He is on an all out lying tour trying to save his commie movement. The man who promised change only brought hatred and division. This man is guilty of more crimes than everyone in DC.

Obama the King? The savior? That guy is dead and buried. His desperation has now reached all time lows. Get a load of this excuse. The reason he didn’t deliver is because the Republicans rigged the election. It wasn’t his fault. Republicans are to blame. Talk about hitting rock bottom.

🚨UPDATE: ICE has confirmed to @AlphaNews that Carlos Valdovinos-Trejo and Jesus Valdovinos are illegal aliens from Mexico.

They were both convicted of distributing large quantities of cocaine and meth throughout Minnesota dating back to at least 2023.

Trump is separating who controls the reckoning from whether a reckoning exists…

Netanyahu may still be held to account for any crimes ultimately established… but through other channels, at another point in the sequence, under authority Trump recognizes as legitimate...
