@krissakray Depends on your goals. Put very simply, if your home loan has 2% interest and you put your extra money into the S&P, which has a low avg. return of 6%, you would see a 4% profit return in the difference between your home loan interest and your S&P investment + home appreciation.

Thinking about law school? Here’s what I wish I knew before starting. A thread 🧵👇 (1/4)
Law school isn’t just about intelligence. It’s about endurance. The workload is relentless, and success comes from consistency, not just brilliance.
(3/4) Networking is more important than grades in most cases. Top firms care about ranking, but many legal jobs come from relationships. Go to events, connect with professors, and build your reputation early. Your network will open more doors than a perfect GPA.
Navigating the crossroads of #DataScience and #Law has been a test of true #grit. Each challenge overcome, each late night conquered, is a testament to the power of relentless resilience fueled by passion. Grit isn’t just about enduring, it's about passionately striving.
