@PicturesFoIder Has to do with the strength, the wall is about 50% longer but the structure is more stable so you can use one layer of brick. A straight wall is less stable and needs more layers. 2 layer straight wall needs 200 bricks. One layer curvy wall is 50% longer but one layer, 150 bricks
