“Oh blimey hell, there’s a man in the bathroom. I can see his willy!” says an estate agent to two horrified-looking women, as he takes a peek into the bathroom and pulls the door closed. “Only joking,” he deadpans. “It’s a lovely flat, there’s no willies.”
We are here to stand up for your rights and enforce them. With our help, you will no longer be the poor relation in the lettings process.

Tenants!
Do you know that the rent you pay, pays your landlords mortgage, their healthy profits and their agent’s fees (if one instructed).
Think about it for a minute!
You have every right to be treated fairly, yet despite this we often see tenants bullied and brow beaten by their landlord and/or agents.
This has to stop!
Have you paid your current or former landlord a deposit?
We can find out in minutes if it was correctly protected.
If it was not you will have a claim against it and you may be surprised just how much we can get you back.
Call us on 0161 818 4702 to find out more.
Are you a tenant?
If so, what law would you change / bring in, to protect you?
E.g: you can report repairs and have them done without then being faced with the dreaded section 21 notice.
Thoughts?
As we say, if you are facing problems with your landlord (or agent) let us know. We will fight back on your behalf!

It is now time for tenant’s to stand up and fight back!
In turn this will increase pressure on the sector because it will discourage new landlords from investing in the market, causing rents to rise for tenants as less rental accommodation will be available.
