When your son is convinced to try out for a team that he doesn't want to play on, by the coach that wants him on the team, I quote "we need you out there". Only to get cut by that same coach, because he doesn't have the drive the coach is looking for, kids only 11. #minorbaseball

My son wasn't able to get on Coach Nathan's team this year :(. However Coach Nathan cared so much he emailed my wife and I to explain why he wasn't able to trade to get my son on his team. @BCHockey_Source this is the coach you want to emulate in coaching clinics.

For the second different sport in a row. An underaged kid, has now taken a spot on a Rep sports team from my son. And I mean them and my son are pretty equal in skill, if not worse than my son. Trying to navigate this whole competitive sports logic. #bcminorbaseball
