2. Highway 99 ~ probably the most traveled highway ~ it needs to be finished to three lanes from Sacramento south to the Grapevine. Many trucks on this highway.
3. Take Highway 180 over the Sierra Nevada to meet up with Highway 395.
4. Take highway 168 over the Sierra Nevada to me also meet with Highway 395.
Three and four are necessary because there's no way to get to the other side unless you go all the way through Bakersfield and around the southern portion of the Sierra Nevada or go through Yosemite which is very slow probably 6 Hour Dr. and then all the way up to Tahoe .

1. O of f 3 Highway 41 ~ make two lanes from Yosemite to Paso Robles, the one lane section still in are too narrow and dangerous.
