VICTORY! Opponents of our organization have been trying for three years to sue us "to death" with a frivolous lawsuit.

After nearly three years of malicious lawfare against us by another organization, the Court has ruled in our favor. Among other things, TYRF claimed to own the rights to our name. All claims have been dismissed with prejudice and we will recover the costs of our defense.

No. Rascal did not meet the man.

One of the few truly good ones, if you will.
I told him it might be in poor taste. Rascal said, he loved the man and everyone else could just get over it. 🤷‍♂️
