@brianstelter But they are trespassers, and they did disrupt the practice of religion. And based on his own video, there’s at least a moderate argument for conspiracy.
@jemelehill@oponiak How about if I push aside any political beliefs, even though you don’t know what they are, and rely on my legal expertise?
He violated state and federal laws and recorded himself doing it. Claiming the 1A doesn’t get him a pass. That’s not how it works. His arrest was lawful.
@jaketapper You are deflecting. He violated state and federal laws. Claiming the 1A doesn’t get him a pass. That’s just stupid, but you and the rest of the media, keep it up.
@chucktodd You cannot break state and federal laws and get a pass by claiming the 1A. That’s not how it works, and one would think you’d be smart enough to know that.
@GeraldoRivera Geraldo, he was on private property without permission and he was disrupting the service. Those are the issues, and there are laws against those two acts. The Constitution does not shield him from that. Had he done it from the sidewalk, you’d be correct…and there’d be no arrest.
@dank No. There is somewhere between $190B and $225B of medical debt in the US. ACA subsidies for 2025 were estimated at $138B. And we spend about $98B out of pocket on prescriptions annually.
The guy just made all that up. Stop listening to talking heads.
@EdKrassen@MarineVol1371 Man you are a tool. The vehicle struck him. And even if it had not, the law does not require actual contact to assert a self-defense claim here. But keep up the propaganda.
@gkketch@Tex2WestSeattle Your attitude and sarcasm about the whole thing, including the kids, makes it seem pretty disingenuous. That video you made is pretty rank.
