@Delta I really hope you guys to forward this. It was the crew working the June 13 flight to Atlanta DL815. The attitude was a bit much. We did have a situation but the experience wouldn’t have been so traumatizing if they would shown some empathy and manners. But no, very unhelpful.

@Delta Terminal E DFW - most of the personnel I came across yesterday, during check in, gate and airplane treated me and my mom with such a condescending, passive aggressive and standoffish attitude that left me with a sour taste. Never again flying with you guys! Awful!
