The wildest thing about it is that it was in response to probably the least controversial thing about the program ever said. Probably other examples of public comments that may have been worthy of pushback, but Iโd guess 99% of people who watched that game with a rooting interest felt the same way.
Breaking: Texans WR Jaylin Noel is expected to miss the rest of the season, a source told the @HoustonChron.
This is a significant blow for the Texans.

Jaylin Noel was a big part of the upside of the Texans offense, but severely under-used even at his best. They were likely going to reduce his role with what we have seen happen the last couple weeks, now we will see what the offense looks like with more Dell and others.
Absolutely nothing is going to change at the head coach position at Texas Tech. Joey McGuire is a perfect fit for our program, everybody, with an opinion that matters, loves him. He isnโt going anywhere. If anything, we are ready, willing, and able to double down on him and this program. Itโs more likely that he gets an extension and raise at the end of this year.
Long story short, this article is a ridiculous waste of time, but if you do feel compelled to write another one, please find a better picture of me!
Cody Campbell is the best representation of the TTU football brand and the vibe when itโs good, for better or worse. Nobody on the face of the earth reps it better. What he said about last weekโs game was exactly what all the people I know from Tech were saying.
Bad News: Texans are allowing the 6th most passing yards per-game in NFL and opposing receivers are often open.
Good News: Itโs not because of the defenses being called per HC and GM.
@jhvandenberg20 In his defense, he was never considered a brilliant scheme guy. Even at the highest success, praise was always romanticized motivation of players, strong effort from talented and role players w/simple scheme. He can figure it out, will get a shot, but never been about scheme.
What a disaster for the Colts to not have a 1st round pick this season as a result of the Sauce Gardner trade. One of the most important things owners need to do is not allow GMโs who have gotten stake to recklessly unload high draft picks on their last leg.
Robert Saleh and the Titans are in year one with low expectations and have been in five one-score games. I doubt most of their fans want to hear about that. Nick Caserio, who constantly mentions all NFL games are close, is selling it for his Super Bowl expectation ball club.
