@POferriesupdate Anna, how did it happen that 400 coaches on Saturday and I don’t know how many coaches on Friday, were allowed to be booked into a system that was never going to work with passport control? PO ferries should have limited the bookings and said ferry full?

@POferriesupdate When they get to Calais told to wait 9 hrs on coach to allow drivers to sleep… toilets full…passengers (students) have tried to find hotels… at 4am in Calais… they won’t get to their end destination until 3am Monday, should have arrived Saturday night. Compensation needed

@POferriesupdate Not true… son’s been stuck on coach in buffer zone since 10am, only just been moved to port at 9pm so that’s 11 hrs in buffer zone and now in actual queue.. hopes to be on midnight ferry.. I doubt it. 10 hours coach ride other side to get to destination. Utter hell

@SimonCalder Malaysian Airlines cancelled flight Colombo to Bangkok via KL, 3 times, rebooking it to 3 days after initial booked date and with 9 hour layover in KL. Can we claim additional expenses for accommodation & food for extra 3 days in Colombo & food at KL airport?
