35 years later, Phil’s baby boy helped lead the Dogs back to the NCAA Tourney.
There is nobody that bleeds Citadel blue like David Beckley. He loves this program. Always has. Missed it terribly when he was away. Was given another chance to coach by Russell Triplett.... I'd say Beck is making the most of it. Dancing.
These players and these coaches have awoken the sleeping giant that is The Citadel baseball program. A lot to be proud of, they just won the top rated none P4 conference. They’re going to be a problem for some teams next weekend! #LetsGoDancing
I love that 5 years ago, Chris Lemonis was the head coach leading Mississippi State to the College World Series Championship.
Now, Chris Lemonis is just a Citadel alum who made the trip from Charleston to Greenville, putting mustard on his hot dog, watching his Bulldogs battle for the SOCON title.
