We all get along and what makes the difference is rich vs. poor

went to college at Eastern Michigan University, and we had poor black kids from Detroit coming to college to improve themselves getting robbed by local black kids from Ypsilanti (town the college was in) crossing the literal train tracks from the Poor Apartments to prey on easy pickings.

Same campus, I witnessed an actual factual fucking skinhead (almost) flip his shit because some poor innocent girl handing out flyers for a campus Judaism event in the auditorium next door in the campus rec center we were in didn't recognize a skinhead when she saw one

idk about where you live, but where I am? I've seen people apply prejudice freely, and skin color ain't what they're relying on because we've got the whole motherfucking rainbow up in this shit. They judge by how much of a shithead you are and you had best signal your intentions quick because everyone's packing SOMETHING. Mexican judo; judoknow if I got a knife, judoknow if I got gun, judoknow anything man!

All we want up here in the rust belt is a fucking future. We just want fucking JOBS. We want a future for everyone that involves more assembly line work and pensions and less fucking drug-pushing to make ends meet.

I've never met a racist Trump supporter IRL. And all the Muslims I meet - from the times I visit family who still live in Dearborn - want nothing to do with the ~immigrants~ because they fear the shitheads and terrorists that they fled to this country to escape may follow them.
