Capacity utilization rates in goods-producing industries are above average in construction, near average in forestry and mining, and below average in electrical power generation and manufacturing. Not much excess demand pressure indicated here, except in construction. #cdnecon
But to be more precise, eg a car or small truck should be designed so that it can be taken apart in 15-20 min by relatively low skilled labor, with the disassembled components going into marked bins that go to high purity recycling streams with 95-99% recovery on every pass.
👍In the short to medium term, this is what nuts and bolts #circulareconomy looks like. In longer term, you had design such that it’s very easy to separate all the basic elements from manufactured goods to allow high purity, near endless recycling.
