@HMRCcustomers Hi, is this correct - the rates for class 2 voluntary NICs for the tax years 16-17 up until 22-23 are the rates that applied in the 2022 to 2023 tax year AND I have until 5 Apr 2025 to pay them at that rate? (Also one year is a mix of class 2 and 3, does this make a difference?)
A pair of guest list places and a signed setlist up for grabs for each show.

@HMRCcustomers Thanks for your time, Steve. Thank you for confirming that it doesn't need recording anywhere on the return, (I was quite sure it wasn't an expense, that would be illogical). Good luck with the rest of the day!
@HMRCcustomers Hello! On 5th April 2022 I voluntarily paid Class 2 NIC for 2019-20 Tax year (self-employed). Do I include this somewhere on the 2021-22 Tax Return? (I have received conflicting advice - including that it counts an expense, which doesn't seem right to me).

@jessralston2 Hi Jess, Frustratingly I only saw this late tonight and it looks like a really interesting opportunity that I dearly wish I'd seen earlier! Are the team planning on recruiting for similar roles in the near future by any chance?
@edmorrish @annemcelvoy@rogermosey Absolutely, Ed. Reading some of the conjecture from Oxbridge alumni today has been like peering through a wormhole into a parallel universe.
