Today UK farmers will be showcasing their daily lives and how they produce the top quality food available in our shops.

For me my day began at 4.45 milking 250 cows producing milk for @LancashireFarm 🐮🐮

Quick backwards calving before lunch! 💪🏻Nice Angus calf taxied to his new pen.

Usually we would leave the beef calves on a bit longer than this, but mum wasn’t interested so quickly scooped him up and moved out of harms way 🐮
