@potteriesbuses Then you might want to update the screens at the bus station as they are still showing stand v for both the 6.24 and 6.48 services - the timetable is incorrect - I get this service every week and it’s also where I boarded the 6.48 service

@potteriesbuses so can you please tell me why 2x 25 buses have left Hanley bus station but not actually stopped on stand v to pick anyone up? Was due at 6.24 and there’s lots of passengers still waiting!

@potteriesbuses Well why advertise as stand v if it’s not going to be served, there were about 15/20 passengers who then had to wait for the next service! Plus there were no other buses using that stand or nearby ones - not acceptable!

@potteriesbuses I boarded at the hospital main entrance headed towards Hanley on the late running 10.59 service. It then broke down just outside the hospital grounds. It was just the misinformation the driver gave us.

Great start to the morning, going to be late for work due to a broken down bus. Told another replacement bus would be there in 10mins,then failed to tell us we were in fact waiting for the next 25 bus which was 25 mins away 😡@potteriesbuses
