"BRAIN DEATH" WAS INVENTED IN 1968 by 13 men at Harvard Medical School — not because science proved these patients were dead, but to free up ICU beds and harvest their organs.

The final JAMA paper never called these patients dead. It described them as “desperately injured” and “a burden to themselves and others.”

They are NOT dead. They are severely brain-injured — and this redefinition stripped them of legal protections so their organs could be taken while they were still alive.

She says they were given a police escort on their bus when they left, the police took them to a location in Harlem. All the sudden those police leave and different police come and stop them without any probable cause

They are questioned by a Muslim man in plain clothes

“There was a Muslim man in plainclothes, leather shoes, comes up and says, "Where you going?"

After telling the Muslim they were there to protest, the Muslim tells them they aren’t allowed in New York and gave them a ticket

“We're going back to the church. We're done with the protest." And he's like, "Well, you need to not come back to New York." And he's the one that gave the ticket to the bus driver. It wasn't even the cops. It was just somebody that, working for the mayor. The whole thing was a mob-style setup. I've never seen anything like it”

How is this happening in America? This is insane. This is intimidation likely because they are a Christian group opposing Zohran Mamdani

And here’s here it gets even crazier, people then show up to this exact location with rocks and bricks and start throwing them at the Christian’s bus (I’ll include the video proof at the end showing them actually throwing rocks at the bus)

The people we typically see throwing rocks and bricks are Antifa and Muslims

How did they know the exact location this bus would be at? There’s no way they could have known, this was a setup and there is video proof

It’s only going to get worse. This needs to be federally investigated and they need to find out who this Muslim man is

- CVS Ibuprofen is $9.59 for 100 tablets
- Aldi is $1.69 for 100 tablets

Both are 200mg. When you open them up and inspect them, they’re exactly the same tablet. Same stamp, they came out of the exact same factory

- The imprint I-2 / I2 on 200 mg ibuprofen is a known generic mark
- A factory manufacturers a batch of these pills
- They then get packed and labeled for different retailers

Same exact pill, just different packaging and pricing depending on what store

This is what’s know as private labeling in retail

A guy went viral this week telling people to use GoodRx to escape their insurance pricing. He is right that your insurance price is probably too high. He is wrong about what GoodRx is.

GoodRx does not negotiate anything. It surfaces prices that pharmacy benefit managers already set. The same PBMs that built the price you are trying to escape. Express Scripts, OptumRx, CVS Caremark, MedImpact, Navitus. GoodRx has contracts with all of them.

Follow the money on a GoodRx fill. You hand over the coupon. The pharmacy processes that claim through a specific PBM. The pharmacy then pays a per-prescription fee to that PBM. The PBM shares a slice of that fee back to GoodRx for sending you there. GoodRx has reported earning roughly 15% of your total prescription cost.

So the PBM gets paid when you use your insurance, and the PBM gets paid when you use GoodRx to get around your insurance. Both roads lead to the same building.

The scale of this is not small. In 2020 alone GoodRx accounted for about $3.4 billion in prescription revenue and collected nearly $500 million in fees from PBMs. Three out of four people using GoodRx already had insurance. They were paying premiums every month and still needed a coupon to afford their own medication.

Sit with the shape of that. You pay a PBM premiums all year. That PBM sets a price so high you cannot use it. Then a company funded by that same PBM shows you a different price the PBM also set, and the PBM collects a fee on that transaction too.

Express Scripts made GoodRx its exclusive discount card provider for commercial members. CVS Caremark runs its own version. These are not competitors sneaking around the PBMs. These are the PBMs opening a second register.

Industry analysts have been blunt about why the two prices exist at all. Different PBMs have different contracted rates, legacy contracts do not reflect current market pricing, and the same PBM offers different rates to different clients. If the cash rate were easy to see, employers would demand it. The confusion is the product.

GoodRx is better than overpaying, and if it is what you have, use it. I would rather someone save $40 than not. But understand you are not escaping the system. You are using the system's back door and paying a toll to the same people who locked the front one.

There is a version of this where none of it applies. No PBM, no coupon, no fee routed to anyone. We buy the drug and sell it to you at our cost plus a flat fee. The price is the price, and nobody in the middle gets a cut.
