If design only considers the culture of the present and doesn't accomodate or catalyse the growth of that culture, it is safe and its utility doesn't transcend the average.

Price Bracketing
Rule: Say a price before you show it.
Tip: Address any buyer resistance before going forward.
Bracket with a high price anchor, above where you expect the client to spend.
Tip: Say the bigger number first. The lower price will seem a bargain for the client.
