**We’re still able to respond**
With the imposition of new Tiers across our region, we want to reassure our client agencies that we’re still able to operate volunteer services as normal (following our Covid Policy) in line with government restrictions.

Here's some of our colleagues and #volunteers proudly showing off their certificates for the emergency first aid course they recently attended. Three full days of training and they're still smiling 😃🤩 Well done guys! @CRT_Lee@GemmaHessey#TeamWork#SafetyFirst
Meet Alan. Alan is being presented with a #volunteer mug as a thank you for volunteering 100 hours of his time helping @GemmaHessey and team care for the #Walsall Canal. Great work Alan 😀🥳🎉
It was a very pleasant morning for the Langley Waterside Care litter pick. The towpath was muddy and full of puddles but it wasn't raining. We collected 22 bags of rubbish and a cushion off a sofa. Nice to see a family of swans on Titford Pools.
You may have noticed we've installed a buoy in #Walsall Basin. This to remind people that the water here is quite deep. Please take care when walking around the Basin and Stay Away From the Edge. @CRT_Lee has created this short film so you can see how we did it. @GemmaHessey
We've racked up another 7,400 miles this month for @OFFICIALWMAS. Delivering medical supplies that are as essential as ever, to hubs across the region. #volunteers#nhs
Have you seen our new benches along the New Main Line Canal in #Birmingham? We've installed these so you have somewhere to sit, take 5 mins and just watch the world go by...just like we're doing here! We've also installed some new bins too.
Our #Volunteers are back out on the canal in #Coventry and they wasted no time getting stuck back in. They've repainted bollards, repaired a hole in the towpath, put up a new sign, plus weeding and litter picking. They have been very busy!
Working with @RSPCA_official we rescued a cygnet that had got trapped in a big weir along the Anglesey Branch Canal at Chasewater #Staffordshire. Thankfully it was fine and we were able to reunite it with its family. Great work everyone @CRT_Lee. So glad this had a happy ending😊
