For us Ogiek people,land is sacred it is our history and our future.

A 22-year-old resident of Garissa, Osman Ali, has claimed that he was unfairly excluded from the recent Kenya Defence Forces recruitment exercise despite outperforming his peers in the physical and medical assessments and meeting every qualification stipulated by the recruiters.
