Lani

Hey everyone I'm Lani! Aka the Peacemaker!

So let me get this straight… yall are sitting on the toilet and reaching BEHIND your body to wipe your ass?!😭
Am I the only who DOESN’T wipe like that?

[Sheila of the Most High @sheilatebra]

Rage baiting is what Proverbs 26 warns about.

Don’t get pulled into dumb arguments.
And don’t stay silent when truth matters.
Wisdom is knowing when to speak
& when to walk away.

[DJ Vlad @djvlad]

I have a confession.

Roc Nation has been paying me to support Megan.

They also paid off all the jury members to convict Tory.

And they bribed the judge, too. Jay-Z did a verse for his grandson's new album.

They paid off Megan's doctor to lie about the bullet fragments. She was never shot.

The LA police are all on Jay's payroll. And it doesn't stop with LA, but you're not ready to hear that part.

The Mexican guy who stabbed Tory - who do you think paid him to do that? You already know the answer to that.

The 3 supreme court judges who denied Tory's appeal - all paid off by the Roc Mafia.

Jay also paid Trump NOT to pardon Tory. Even though it's a state case, Trump can only pardon federal cases. But knowing Trump likes to bend the rules, Jay wasn't taking any chances.

I can't keep these lies secret anymore. If this is my last tweet, you know who silenced me.

A rule that will accelerate your career: If you bring a problem, bring context. If you bring context, bring options. If you bring options, bring a recommendation. People trust people who help them think. Anyone can spot an issue, few can actually help move things forward.

[Sophia ❣️ @KeruboSk]

A woman once explained it perfectly.
I am not here to manage you. I am not here to monitor your decisions. I am here as your partner and partners protect what they are creating together. You are free to choose your actions. But I am free to express my boundaries. I will always be clear about what I accept and what I do not. That is not control. That is self respect. And that is how healthy relationships survive.

[blue @bluewmist]

according to physiology people who go silent when somethings upsets them or hurts them are often experiencing a coping mechanism called emotional withdrawal. 1/4

Every time I see someone switch careers, I’m reminded that life is a journey of discovery. You can enjoy a course of study but find the actual work unfulfilling. It is okay to start over to find something you love. We are capable of evolving, so don't settle until you find it.

[Dr SHRADDHEY KATIYAR @Wegiveyouhealt1]

After a certain age, your parents slowly become your children.
They ask simple questions, repeat stories, and depend on your patience the way you once depended on theirs. Very few understand this role reversal. What looks like innocence or inconvenience is really time coming full circle. Don’t correct them harshly. Don’t rush them. Care for them the way they once protected you. This is not a burden. It is repayment, quietly wrapped as love.

Here’s the whole video about the boy named DJ that was racially harassed by either friends or acquaintances after meeting up at a bar/club! They poured chocolate milk on him & he told them to stop & they didn’t! Listen to these disgusting racist laughing at him! He acts drugged!

GOD REMOVED YOU FOR A REASON

God didn't remove you to punish you. He removed you to protect you. What felt like rejection was redirection, even if it didn't arrive gently. You questioned yourself and replayed the ending, not realizing that heaven had already intervened. God saw what you couldn't the conversations you never heard, the intentions hidden behind familiarity, the doors that looked open but would have cost you more than you were meant to lose.

So if you were taken out of a place, a relationship, or a season you begged to stay in, trust this: the removal was mercy. Not everything you wanted was good for you, and not every door you prayed for was meant to stay open. Some endings happen so your faith can grow, your discernment can sharpen, and your heart can remain soft without being broken. God didn't take something from you to leave you empty. He made space for what will finally meet you in peace.

a major cheat code in life: being a pleasure to deal with. kind when others aren’t. calm when things go sideways. reliable under pressure. intelligence alone is overrated when it comes without tact, timing, or emotional range. be someone who lightens the load, not someone who quietly adds to it. people remember who brought clarity in chaos, who didn’t make everything about themselves, who made hard moments feel a little less heavy. it’s not about being passive or pretending everything’s fine. it’s about understanding that in a world where everyone is overwhelmed, ease is a rare and powerful gift.

There is a grace for speed.

God can make you achieve in one year what you couldn’t achieve in ten.

When His hand is upon you, delays are broken, doors open with ease, and what used to take years begins to happen in months.

May God place His hand upon you and accelerate everything concerning your life.

[Sheila of the Most High @sheilatebra]

I genuinely believe that God brings the right things together at the right time. You don’t have to rush, force, or stress yourself into a blessing. He knows what ,when and how you need it, What’s meant for you will show up in a way that proves His hand was on it the whole time.

SOMETIMES WE NEED TO THANK GOD FOR:
• The prayers that weren't answered the way we hoped - but protected us anyway.
• The endings that hurt, but made room for healing.
• The redirections that saved us from settling.
• The discomfort that taught us discernment.
• The waiting that taught us trust instead of control.
• The clarity that came after the confusion.
• The grace that met us even when we were disappointed in ourselves.
• The reminders that we are still chosen, even when we stumble.
• The peace that returned slowly, but stayed.
• The growth that happened quietly, without applause.
• The letting go that felt like loss, until it didn't.
• The protection we only understood in hindsight.
• The way he never stopped working, even when we thought nothing was happening.
• The future he is still preparing, even when we can't see it yet.

HR: "We can't offer the salary you're asking for."

Most candidates continue to answer:
❌ "Oh okay..."
❌ "Any amount also can..."
❌ "Other companies can give..."

Let's not do that. Instead of reacting emotionally or giving in, try a smarter approach.

Ask this one powerful question:
"I understand. Just to clarify, is the limitation because of a fixed budget for this role or is it based on my current experience?"

With this one question, you can find out what the real obstacles are.
After that, it's easy for you to negotiate more strategically.

If the problem is budget:
"If the basic salary is fixed, can we explore other benefits like remote options, allowances or maybe a signing bonus to help balance the gap?"

If because of experience:
"I see. Would you be open to revisiting the salary after 6 months based on my performance?"

Can you see the difference? From 'NO' to a solution-focused conversation.

If this helps, share it so more people can learn!
