Chindi aunty is comparing public healthcare in NZ with private healthcare in India. Couldn't pay a bit to get private clinic consultation. Also the consultation is not that costly as these chindi NRIs always claim to be. Most of the OTC drugs are available freely in grocery stores, but assholes want antibiotics for everything so that they end up in MDR infection in old age.

I'll tell about urology, Private consultation with experienced doctors costs $250 in NZ that's around 14k. Minimum wage in NZ is $23.95 per hour.
1.5 days of salary.
£200 in UK, that's around 25k. Minimum wage is UK is £12.75 per hour. 2 days of salary.

In India, experienced urologists in Mumbai charge ₹3k. Minimum daily wage is ₹400. 5 days of salary if you are employed.

Chindi NRIs want salaries of Western standards but expect the cost of services according to Indian standards.
