@ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately I could not back track the upgrade, due to the tariff agreed was to beat a competitor on price, in which your stores are unauthorised to do the same. This a very 'waste heavy' process for your operation that could be fixed should your stock allocation allow transfer
@ThreeUK - baffling that a customer of 10 years has to wait 3 weeks after upgrading for his phone to arrive, where a store 10 minutes down the road has one in stock - yet your contact center aren't able to make arrangements to collect rather than wait?! #PoorCustomerService
@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Kirsty. Are you able to explain why? Representatives I've spoken to have been able to clarify. I understand if you want to keep stock available upon launch day of a new device and ensure online and in-store customers get devices, but that isn't the case here.
@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Scott, so basically you have nothing within your system to allow the exchange of stock between store and contact center. Feels a rather clunky operation when situations like this arises, and that you don't have a process in fail safe to accommodate demand
