With recent retirements of Bo and Baja, the mounted training team were on a long search for replacements. Welcome Chava (5 YO) and Billy (10 YO). They have recently passed all certification and are field deployed. AZ to LA.
After eight year of dedicated service to the LAPD Mounted Platoon, horse Baja has been retired and sent to pasture. He will be hanging with buddy Oakley, and three additional horses, to roam hundreds of acres. BAJA, thank you for your service and you are EOW.
