It's confirmed now: Insomniac's Wolverine hired a lot of consultants from Sweet Baby Inc, listed in the credits

So that's why the game cost so much, Sony hired a bunch of people to tell them what to censor and what could be problematic for the male gaze, and ended up making the game worse in every aspect.

Valheim and Wardogs are casually mogging a lot of AAA/AA releases this year.

Valheim hit 270k concurrent players, while Wardogs just reached 400k on Steam, impressive numbers for small studios without massive AAA budgets.

Players don’t necessarily need bigger AAAA 300 million$ games, they want good games made with passion.
As blackpilled as I am about the industry, seeing smaller teams pull numbers like this is pretty damn encouraging.

Man, the Halo feels….

It’s like devs are actually starting to remember our roots and tap into our gaming souls.

Kojima said that PlayStation was going to cancel Physint three months ago and he has been looking for a partner ever since.

Yet Sony funded Concord, Marathon and this new Horizon game nobody asked for, and refused to fund a Metal Gear spiritual successor gamers have wanted for years.

Sony can't fall any lower. Thank God Asha stepped in to support Kojima.

As confirmed earlier through our official channels, in mid-June of this year, we unexpectedly received notice from PlayStation Studios that they would cancel the PHYSINT project. PHYSINT is an important project both to me personally and to KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS. Determined to keep the project alive, we have spent the last three months searching tirelessly for a new partner. In the course of seeking advice and pursuing negotiations with people across many fields, we found in XBOX a partner with whom we share a common vision for the future, and we have decided to team up with them once again. Please rest assured that development of PHYSINT, our genre-defining action-espionage title, is ongoing and will continue moving forward.
