You are wondering how to produce a perfect spherical shape of large double spherical roller bearings?
The Trirex 3000 is the choice for this grinding task. Due to the development of a cross-axis head, it is possible to grind spherical roller surfaces with the highest precision in a short time. Bearing rings up to a height of 700mm can be machined on the Trirex 3000.
Equipped with a hydrostatic rotary table, the TRIREX 3000 convinces with a cross axis head, dressing spindle and swiveling dresser right next to the rotary table, and easy programming via parameter input.

Our HSG is designed for high precision grinding and deburring tasks for turbine blades of engine rotors and gas turbines. Two highlights of the HSG are the calibration block and the on-board master.

The opening of this state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Troisdorf, Germany, strengthens the SPF Division even further. In the future, REFORM, ISOG, and KEHREN machines will be built at this site.
