If i make 15 an hour, and rent is $1200, i NEED to work a MINIMUM of 80 hours within a month to afford ONE of my basic needs. Vs if rent was $500 id only NEED to work 33 hours. He isn’t even a Journeyman in said careers. He owns multiple properties that he maintains himself.
